Abstract

Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi izanalizēt informācijas tehnoloģiju inovācijas tūrisma nozarē, apskatot to nozīmīgumu un to attīstības veidošanos, kā arī iespējamās barjeras vispārējo inovāciju veidošanai tūrismā. Rezultātā izvirzīt priekšlikumus veiksmīgākai inovatīvu informācijas tehnoloģiju, it īpaši viedtālruņa, izmantošanai tūrisma nozarē Latvijā. Bakalaura darba ietveros tika aptverta informācijas tehnoloģiju inovāciju tūrisma nozarē teorētiskie aspekti, līdz šim veikto pētījumu un autores veiktā pētījuma, kas balstās uz ekspertu intervijām, analīze. Izvērtējot esošās tendences, tika noskaidrotas inovatīvākās valstis, tūrisma nozares un informācijas tehnoloģiju attīstības tendences. Darbs sastāv no 67 lappusēm, 8 attēliem, 9 tabulām un 10 pielikumiem.

Bachelor thesis developed with the aim to analyze the information technology innovation in the tourism industry considering the importance of the development and looking through the possible barriers to creating an innovation in tourism. As a result of bachelor thesis is to made a proposals for successful innovative information technology, especially the smartphone, use in the tourism industry in Latvia. In this bachelor theses are theoretical aspects about information technology innovation in the tourism industry, so far studies and author’s study based on expert interviews. Assessing existing trends were identified most innovative countries, tourism and information technology developments. The work consists of 67 pages, 8 pictures, 9 tables and 10 annexes.
