Abstract
Darbā izdalīti galvenie, budesonīda piemaisījumi, tajā skaitā divi agrāk nezināmi piemaisījumi, kuri raksturoti ar 2D KMR spektrometriju un noteiktas to struktūras. Secināts, ka budesonīda sintēzē notiek nevēlama 17-21 acetāla veidošanās, kura nav novēršama sintēzes optimizācijā. Pētītas identificēto piemaisījumu samazināšanas iespējas budesonīda attīrīšanas procesā.
The main impurities of budesonide have been isolated in this work, including two previously unknown structures that were determined with 2D NMR techniques. One of them was the undesirable 17-21 acetal, which could not be prevented through synthesis optimization. The possibilities of removing these impurities during budesonide purification process have been investigated.
