LEAN principu ieviešana Uzņēmumā prasību analīzes posmā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā aprakstīts LEAN metodoloģijas izstrādes un ieviešanas projekts Prasību analīzes procesam Uzņēmumā, ar nolūku uzlabot Uzņēmuma sniegumu - vislabākajā veidā apmierināt klienta vajadzības, t.i. sniegt klienta vēlmēm atbilstošu produktu noteiktajos termiņos un kvalitātē. Projekts ir attiecināms uz visām tām Uzņēmuma struktūrvienībām, kas iesaistītas programmatūras risinājumu piegādē. Prasību analīze ir viens no pamatprocesiem veiksmīga programmatūras risinājuma izstrādes procesā. Parasti šajā Uzņēmumā darbietilpība analīzes procesam tiek novērtēta kā 20% no visa izstrādes laika, kas ne vienmēr ir pietiekoši, tāpēc Uzņēmumā tika pieņemts lēmums atdzīvināt, pilnveidot vai izveidot no jauna vadlīnijas, metrikas un izpildes pamatrādītāji jeb KPI prasību analīzes posmam atbilstoši LEAN metodoloģijas principiem.

Master’s work „LEAN principles implementation in the Enterprise requirements analysis phase” describes the Project for implementation of LEAN methodology into the requirements analysis process of the Enterprise. Project aims to improve overall Enterprise performance ensuring usage of the best methods to satisfy the customer’s needs and to provide most conforming products to customers within the deadlines and quality. The Project applies to all Enterprise departments that are involved in the delivery of software solutions. Requirements analysis is one of the fundamental processes of successful software solutions development. Usually, work estimate for requirements analysis process in the Enterprise is measured as 20% of the total development time that is not always enough. Therefore, the Enterprise decided to improve or to create new guidelines, checklist, metrics and KPI form requirements analysis phase in accordance with the principles of LEAN methodology.
