Abstract
Dzīvojamo ēku pārvaldību bieži apgrūtina manuālie procesi un tas, ka dati nav pārskatāmi pieejami vienā vietā. Tas rada neefektivitāti un palielina cilvēka kļūdas risku. "Namu apsaimniekošanas sistēma" risina šīs problēmas, piedāvājot vienotu un ērtu sistēmu. Tā apkopo svarīgu informāciju namu pārvaldībai. palīdz efektīvi pārskatīt klientus un līgumus un citas nepieciešamās lietas. Automatizējot procesus, piemēram, skaitītāju nolasīšanu un rēķinu ģenerēšanu, sistēma nodrošina rēķinu precizitāti un iespēju tos rediģēt nepieciešamības gadījumā. Tā nodrošina arī mērogojamību, lai pielāgotos pieaugošam apsaimniekoto dzīvojamo ēku skaitam. Šis dokuments izklāsta sistēmas prasības, struktūru un funkcionalitāti
Residential building management is often hindered by manual processes and the lack of centralized data. This causes loads of inefficiency and gives way to human error more often. "Building Management System" addresses these issues with an easy-to-use and unified system. It stores necessary information on property management, allows to review clients and contracts efficiently. By automating processes such as meter reading and invoice generation, the system ensures invoice accuracy and the ability to edit them when needed. The system also allows for scaling to handle an increasing number of residential buildings being managed. This document outlines the system requirements, structure, and functionality.
