Abstract
Personāla atlase ir process, kurā atlasa vispiemērotāko pretendentu no tiem, kuri pieteikušies uz kādu noteiktu darba vietu. Pēc būtības tas ir prognozēšanas uzdevums, jo ir jāparedz, kā attiecīgais pretendents vēlāk uzvedīsies un darbosies reālajā darba vietā.
Personāla atlases process nav vienkāršs, taču nav arī tik komplicēts, lai to nevarētu realizēt datorsistēmā, kurā tiek iesaistīti gan darba devēji, gan darba meklētāji. Tieši profesionālais sociālais portāls akumulē datus par cilvēka profesionālajiem kompetencēm.
Darbā tika savienoti profesionāla sociāla portāla dati ar personāla atlases mehānismu servisa projektējuma veidā. Serviss ievērojami paātrinātu labāko potenciālo darbinieku atlases procesu īpaši tajos gadījumos, kad ir nepieciešams apstrādāt ļoti lielu pieteikumu skaitu.
Employee recruitment is a process, that selects the most suitable candidate from all candidates, who have registered for vacancy. Employee recruitment was forecasting task, because need to predict how candidate will work and act in the real job. Employee recruitment process is not simple, but not well so complicated task, that it can't implement as computer application, which involves both employers and job seekers. Professional social network store data about people's professional competences. This paper contain employee recruitment service design, which connect professional social network data with employee recruitment mechanism. This service greatly accelerated employee recruitment process, particularly in cases where necessary to analyze a large number of job applications.
