Glaukomas pacientu izglītošana ambulatorās māsas praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Glaukomas pacientu izglītošana ambulatorās māsas praksē. Glaukoma ir optiska neiropātija, kas izpaužas ar tipiskiem redzes lauka defektiem, galvenokārt saistīta ar paaugstinātu intraokulāro spiedienu. Ārstēšana norit visa mūža garumā, tāpēc terapijas mērķis ir nevis izārstēt, bet normalizēt acs spiedienu, lai glaukoma neprogresētu tik strauji un lai pacienta dzīves kvalitāte un redzes asums pēc iespējas saglabātos normāls. Darba mērķis ir: analizēt glaukomas pacientu izglītošanu ambulatorās māsas praksē. Izvirzītā hipotēze: ja glaukomas pacients izglītots par savu slimību, tad viņš labāk iesaistās pašaprūpē. Pētniecības darba instruments: strukturēta anketa. Pētniecibas darba metode: kvantitatīva. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka darba mērķis ir sasniegts un izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. The theme of the Bachelor's thesis is educating Glaucoma patients in outpatient practice. Glaucoma is an optic neuropathy manifested by typical visual field defects, mainly asso-ciated with elevated intraocular pressure. Treatment is lifelong, so the goal of therapy is not to cure, but to normalize eye pressure so that glaucoma does not progress so fast and that the patient's quality of life and visual acuity are kept as normal as possible. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the education of glaucoma patients in outpatient prac-tice. The hypothesis put forward: if a glaucoma patient is educated about his illness, he is bet-ter involved in self-care. Research tool: structured questionnaire. Research Method: Quantitative. The results of the study show that the goal of the work has been achieved and the hy-pothesis put forward is confirmed. 30 literature sources were used for the development of the bachelor thesis.
