Abstract
TIANEPTĪNS, POLIMORFISMS, POTENCIOMETRISKĀ TITRĒŠANA, DISOCIĀCIJAS KONSTANTES, KRISTALIZĀCIJA, PULVERA RENTGENDIFRAKTOMETRIJA.
Darbā pētītas tianeptīna polimorfās formas, to iegūšanas iespējas. Aprēķinātas tianeptīnskābes disociācijas konstantes etanola šķīdumā, apstrādājot potenciometriskās titrēšanas rezultātus ar programmu MS Excel. Tianeptīna amorfo formu stabilitāte tika pārbaudīta dažādos gaisa relatīvajos mitrumos.

The thesis was dedicated to research of tianeptine polymorphic forms, its obtaining opportunities. Dissociation constants in ethanol solution of tianeptine acid were calculated, processing potenciometric titration data using MS Excel software. Stability of tianeptine amorphous forms were studied at different relative humidities.
