Maksātnespējas procesa administratora atcelšana

Abstract

Saskaņā ar to, ka Latvijas sabiedrībā pieaug uzticēšanās tiesai un tiesu sistēmai, tapis šis bakalaura darbs ar mērķi noskaidrot maksātnespējas procesa administratoru atcelšanas iemeslus un administratora pienākumus maksātnespējas procesa laikā. Darbā apskatīti arī tiesas, Maksātnespējas kontroles dienesta un kreditoru sapulces pienākumi maksātnespējas procesa laikā sakarībā ar maksātnespējas procesa administratora atcelšanu.In accordance to Latvian society placing more trust in courts and the judicial system, this bachelor’s thesis was made with the purpose of ascertaining reasons for removal from the office of the administrator and the performance of the administrator’s obligations during the insolvency proceedings. The thesis also covers obligations of courts, Insolvency Control Service and creditors' meeting during insolvency proceedings concerning removal from office of the administrator.
