Ķīmijterapijas radītās ārējā tēla izmaiņas pacientiem ar vēzi (audzēju)

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: „Ķīmijterapijas radītās ārējā tēla izmaiņas pacientiem ar vēzi”. Darba mērķis: „Noskaidrot ķīmijterapijas radīto ārējā tēla izmaiņu ietekmi uz onkoloģisko pacientu pašsajūtu un sociokulturālo dzīvi”. Pētījuma jautājums: „Kā ķīmijterapijas radītās ārējā tēla izmaiņas ietekmē onkoloģisko pacientu pašsajūtu un sociokulturālo dzīvi?”. Darbā analizēta Katrīnas Kolcabas Labsajūtas teorija, apskatīta literatūra par ķīmijterapiju, tās blaknēm, kā arī radītajām ārējā tēla izmaiņām un veidiem, kā mazināt to radīto diskomfortu. Tāpat bakalaura darba ietvaros veikts pētījums. Tā laikā aptaujāti 10 onkoloģiskie pacienti, kuri saņem ķīmijterapiju. Pētījuma veikšanai izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, instruments – strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma bāze: viena no lielākajām Rīgas slimnīcām. Pētījuma respondenti – 10 onkoloģiskie pacienti, kuri pētījuma veikšanas brīdī atrodas stacionārā un saņem ķīmijterapiju. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas, kā arī 3 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: vēzis, ķīmijterapija, matu izkrišana, ārējā tēla izmaiņas, blaknes .

The theme of Bachelor’s: „Chemotherapy caused external image changes to the patients with cancer”. The aim of paper: “"To find out the chemotherapy caused external image changes influence on the oncological patient well-being and socio-cultural life". The research question: How chemotherapy caused external image changes affect to the oncological patient well-being and socio-cultural life? The paper analyzes C. Colcaba’s Comfort Theory, describes literature about chemotherapy, its side effects, as well as chemotherapy caused external image changes and ways how to reduce the resulting discomfort. Also is done a research. During the research are interviewed 10 oncological patients receiving chemotherapy. In research is used a qualitative research method, the instrument - the interview. The research base is one of the largest hospitals in Riga. The respondents: 10 oncological patients who at the time of the survey were receiving chemotherapy in the hospital.
