Abstract
Darbā apkopota informācija par izotopu attiecībām masspektometrijā un hibrīdapšu dendroķīmiju, lai izpētītu gaisa piesārņojumu pagātnē. Tika pētīti koka paraugi, kas auguši dažādi mēslotos parauglaukumos. Koka paraugs iegūts no hibrīdapses (Populus Tretmula L. × P. Tremuloides Michx). Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika analizētas C un N izotopu attiecības. Iegūtie rezultāti tika izvērtēti un pētītas likumsakarības par izotopu attiecībām.
The work summarises imformation about the isotope ratio mass spectrometry and hybrid aspen dendrochemistry to investigate air pollution in the past. Wood samples who has grown in various fertilised plots were studied. The wooden samples were derived from hybrid apsen (Populus Tretmula L. × P. Tremuloides Michx). C and N isotopes were analyzed in the Bachelor’s work. Regularities on isotopic ratio were searched and developed.
