Abstract

Darbinieku motivācijas pilnveides iespējas uzņēmumā “SEB Global Services” Darba autore Elīna Jankova. Darba vadītāja Dr. sc. admin. docente, Antra Līne. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt darbinieku motivācijas paņēmienus uzņēmumā “SEB Global Services” un sniegt priekšlikumus viņu uzlabošanā Darbā tiek analizēta zinātniskā literatūra, kas saistīta ar motivācijas teorijām un paņēmieniem, tiek salīdzinātas izplatītākās motivācijas teorijas un sniegts autores viedoklis par tām tabulā. Darbā tika apkopotas autores veiktās ekspertinterviju rezultāti, kuras apliecina, ka uzņēmuma vadītājiem rūp viņu padoto motivācija. Tika apkopotas arī autores veiktās darbinieku aptaujas rezultāti, kas apliecina, ka darbinieki jūtas motivēti, kā arī izveidoti priekšlikumi, darbinieku motivācijas noturēšanai un palielināšanai

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse employee motivation techniques in the company "SEB Global Services" and to make proposals for their improvement The work analyses the scientific literature related to motivation theories and techniques, compares the most common motivation theories and gives the author's opinion about them in the table. The work gathered the results of expert interviews conducted by the author, which confirm that company managers care about the motivation of their subordinates. The results of the author's employee survey were also collected, which confirms that employees feel motivated, as well as proposals for maintaining and increasing employee motivation.
