Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Līderības veidu ietekme uz komunikāciju starp virsmāsām un māsām”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka darba autora novērojumi darba vidē, kur līderības stils ir ietekmējis komunikācijas kvalitāti starp māsām un virsmāsām, tādējādi pasliktinot māsas labsajūtu darbā, kas varētu ietekmēt kvalitatīvu pacienta aprūpi. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot, kāds ir virsmāsu līderības veids, un salīdzināt to ar māsu skatījumu par virsmāsas līderības veidu, un izdarīt secinājumus, kā tas ietekmē komunikāciju starp māsu un virsmāsu, un kā varētu tikt ietekmēta pacientu aprūpe. Darba uzdevumi: 1)Analizēt Džīnas Vatsones [Jean Watson] māszinību teoriju saistībā ar darba tēmu. 2)Analizēt ar līderību saistītu literatūru. 3)Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu. 4)Veikt respondentu aptauju. 5)Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus. 6)Izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: transformatīvais līderības veids ir visbiežāk izmantotais vadības stils X slimnīcas nodaļās, kas labvēlīgi ietekmē komunikāciju starp personālu un pacientu aprūpi. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā. Pētniecības instruments: anketa. Pētījuma rezultāti: 1)Virsmāsas X slimnīcā biežāk pielieto transakcijas (3,17) un transformatīvās (3,17) līderības veidu, kas labvēlīgi ietekmē komunikāciju starp personālu. 2)Māsas vērtēja virsmāsu līderības veidu izpausmi šādi: transakcijas līderība (3,2), transformācijas līderība (3,08), kas nozīmē, ka pastāv vienota sapratne par piemērotākajiem līderības veidiem, kas sekmē komunikāciju starp personālu. SYNOPSIS The topic of the bachelor degree paper is “Effect of Leadership Style on Communication Between Head Nurse and Nurse” The actuality of the subject comes from the bachelor work authors observations at his work place where there have been incidents when the leadership style has effected communication between the head nurse and nurse. The purpose of the work: Determine the leadership style of the head nurse and compare it to the nurse view of the leadership style, in turn, conclude what effect it has on communication between the head nurse and nurse. Research tasks: 1)Analyse Jean Watson nursing theory in accordance with the bachelor work. 2)Analyse leadership theory 3)Devise a research instrument – questionnaire 4)Distribute the questionnaire to respondents 5)Analyse the acquired results 6)Formulate conclusions in accordance with the bachelor work Proposed hypothesis: Transformational leadership style is beneficial to the quality of communication between head nurse and nurse. Research method: quantitative Research instrument: questionnaire Research results: 1)The head nurses in Hospital X more frequently apply transactional (3.17) and transformational (3.17) leadership styles, which positively influence communication among the staff. 2)The nurses assessed the manifestation of the head nurses' leadership styles as follows: transactional leadership (3.2) and transformational leadership (3.08), which means that there is a common understanding of the most suitable leadership styles that promote communication among the staff.
