Jēgas ietekme uz darba rezultātiemm

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kā jēgpilns darbs ietekmē mijiedarbību starp produktivitāti un darba samaksu. Par metodi tika izmantota eksperimenta replikācija (Ariely, Kamenica & Prelec, 2008). Eksperimentā piedalījās 60 vidusskolas skolēni vecumā no 17 līdz 19 gadiem, kuri tika sadalīti divās grupās: Jēgpilna nosacījuma grupā (n=30) un Sīzifa nosacījuma grupā (n=30). Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, ka pastāv pozitīva jēgas ietekme uz darba rezultātiem, kas tiek aprakstīts teorētiskajā daļa un ir apstiprināms ar eksperimenta rezultātiem. Pēc eksperimentā iegūtiem rezultātiem var secināt, ka jēga ietekme atstāj pozitīvu ietekmi ne tikai uz padarītā darba apjomiem, bet arī uz arī uz darba ātrumu. Kas liecina par kopējās darba produktivitātes uzlabošanu.

The purpose of research was to find out how meaningful job affects the interaction between productivity and pay. For the method was used experiment replication (Ariely, Kamenica & Prelec, 2008). 60 high school students participated in the experiment. Subjects were randomly assigned to one of the two conditions, Meaningful (n = 30) and Sisyphus (n = 30). The results of the research indicate that there is a positive meaningful effect on the results of the work that is described in the theoretical part and is confirmed by the results of the experiment. The results of the experiment indicate that the effect of the meaning has a positive effect not only on the amount of work done, but also on the speed of work. Which suggests improving overall productivity.
