Sociālo darbinieku pieredze ar komunikācijas grūtībām saskarsmē ar jauniešiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Sociālo darbinieku pieredze ar komunikācijas grūtībām saskarsmē ar jauniešiem”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt sociālo darbinieku pieredzi ar valodas barjeras radītajām grūtībām saskarsmē ar jauniešiem. Darba teorētisko ietveru veido komunikācijas un vides teorijas, kuras skaidro komunikācijas principus un mijiedarbību ar vidi, kā arī saskarsme, komunikācija un valodas barjera sociālajā darbā ar jauniešiem. Pētījumā analizēta valodas barjeras nozīme, ietekme un kādas grūtības valodas barjera var radīt sociālā darbinieka saskarsmē ar jauniešiem. Empīriskajā pētījuma daļā izmantotas kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodes – daļēji strukturētas un strukturētas intervijas ar sociālajiem darbiniekiem, jaunatnes lietu speciālistiem, kuri strādā ar jauniešiem un sociālā darba studentiem. Intervijas tika analizētas ar tematisko datu analīzi. Pētījuma laikā iegūti secinājumi, ka valodas barjera var negatīvi ietekmēt saskarsmes procesu sociālajam darbiniekam ar jaunieti un var apgrūtināt mērķu sasniegšanu un uzticības veidošanos.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "The experience of social workers with communication difficulties in communicating with young people". The aim of the thesis is to explore the experience of social workers with the difficulties caused by the language barrier in communicating with young people. The theoretical framework of the thesis is formed in communication and environmental theories, which explain the principles of communication and interaction with the environment, as well as communication and language barrier in social work with young people. The study analyzes the meaning of the language barrier, the impact, and what difficulties the language barrier can cause in a social worker's interaction with young people. The empirical part of the research uses qualitative research methods – semi-structured and structured interviews with social workers, youth specialists working with young people and social work students. The interviews were analyzed with thematic data analysis. In conclusion, the language barrier can negatively affect the process of communication of social workers with young people and can make it difficult to achieve goals and build trust.
