Abstract
Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika izpētīta attiecīgā zinātniskā, metodiskā un mācību literatūra par humusvielām, to izdalīšanas metodēm un humīnskābju pētīšanas metodēm. No astoņiem kūdras paraugiem divos eksperimentos tika izdalītas humīnskābes un noteiktas to masas daļas. Izmantojot FTIR-ATR metodi tika uzņemti un analizēti humīnskābju IS spektri un lietojot Kjeldāla metodi noteica slāpekļa daudzums paraugos. Izdalītajām kūdras humīnskābem, lietojot izotopu attiecību masspektrometriju, noteica 13C un 15N.
The scientific and methodical literature and textbooks about the methods of isolation of humic substances from peat and of humic acid research were studied. From eight peat samples, in two experiments, humic acids were extracted and their mass parts were determined. Using FTIR-ATR method IR spectra of humic acids were taken and analyzed, and amount of nitrogen in samples was determined by Kjeldahl method. The 13C un 15N values in extracted peat humic acids were determined using isotope ratio mass spectrometry.
