Abstract
Maģistra darba tēma ir: “Skolotāju kolektīvās efektivitātes izvērtēšana skolas vidē kā mācīšanās organizācijā’’. Maģistra darba ietvaros tiek risināta pašlaik aktuāla problēma, kas saistīta ar skolotāju kolektīvās efektivitātes nozīmību sadarbības skolas vides veidošanā. Maģistra darbs ir izstrādāts, balstoties uz teorētiskām atziņām par sadarbības skolas vides nozīmību Latvijā un pasaulē un skolotāju kolektīvo efektivitāti, tās izvērtēšanas iespējām, izmantojot pasaulē izstrādātus instrumentārijus. Darba autore pētījuma ietvaros adaptēja Skolotāju kolektīvās efektivitātes skalu latviešu valodā un pārbaudīja skalas latviskās versijas ticamību un validitāti. Maģistra darba noslēguma daļā tika analizēti Skolotāju kolektīvās efektivitātes skalas rezultāti un izmantošanas iespējas Latvijas skolās.
The topic of the Master’s thesis is: “Evaluation of collective teacher efficacy in the school environment as a learning organisation.” The present work addresses the problems associated with collective teacher efficacy and its relationship to the development of cooperation in the school environment. The thesis is based on the accepted theories of a relationship between a school environment in Latvia and collective teacher efficacy as well as the possibilities for evaluating this relationship employing widely accepted instruments. The author has adapted the published ”Collective Teacher Efficacy Scale” to Latvian usage and has confirmed the validity of this adaptation. In the concluding section of the work the results obtained by using the adapted ”Collective Teacher Efficacy Scale” were analysed. The applicability of this methodology in Latvian schools was discussed.
