Saskarsmes kvalitāte uzņemšanas nodaļā

Abstract

Pētniecības darbs tika veikts ar mērķi izvērtēt pacienta apmierinātību ar saskarsmi un aprūpi uzņemšanas nodaļā. Darbā tika izvirzīta hipotēze, ka pacientu apmierinātība ar saskarsmes kvalitāti uzņemšanas nodaļā ir atkarīga no aprūpes sniedzējas prasmes komunicēt un sniegt informāciju, kas darba rezultātā apstiprinājās. Darbā izmantoti 37 literatūras avoti, no tiem 7 angļu valodā. Atslēgvārdi: komunikācija, pacients, uzņemšanas nodaļa, apmierinātība.

The main question of the research work is to identify influences on the patients communication, in order to improve patient satisfaction with the care in the Emergency Department. In work has been moved forward hypothesis that patients satisfaction with quality of care depends on nurses skills of communication and information providing, what was approved in a result of research. In this work 37 literature sources were used, 7 of them in English. Keywords: communication, patient, emergency department, satisfaction.
