Pirmā kursa audzēkņu adaptācijas procesa sekmēšana Ogres meža tehnikumā

Abstract

Autore bakalaura darbā apskatījusi jauniešu adaptācijas procesa būtību. Ir apskatīti teorētiskie integrācijas procesa pamati. Uz adaptācijas procesu būtisku ietekmi atstāj tādi faktori kā: ģimene, pedagogi, arodskolēnu vecums, kā arī arodizglītības sistēmas specifika. Lai noskaidrotu, kādi pasākumi veicami, lai sekmētu jauniešu adaptēšanos arodskolas vidē, darba autore veic teorētiskā materiāla izpēti, bet vēlāk arī anketēšanu Ogres Meža tehnikumā. Darba otrajā daļā ir veikta anketētā materiāla analīze, lai noteiktu, kas jauniešiem palīdz un kas kavē adaptācijas sekmīgu norisi pirmajā kursā. Pēc informācijas apstrādes darba autore izstrādā programmu šim mācību gadam, lai sekmētu jauno audzēkņu adaptēšanos tehnikumā.

The author in her Bachelor work has resolved into the elements of adaptation process of new students at school. Attention is paid to the bases of the theoretical process or integration. Such factors as family, teachers, the age of the students as well as the specific features of the vocational education system influence the process fundamentally. To make clear the actual tasks that should be carried out to promote the adaptation of young people in the environment of the vocational school, the author of the work carries out the research of the theoretical material and later on – the enquiry of the students at Ogre Technical School of Forestry. The second part of the paper is the analyses of the results of the enquiry to come to conclusion about the benefiting points for the adaptation and the obstacles what prevent the successful adaptation during the first year. After having done analyses of the amount of information the author has worked out the program for this year to promote the adaptation of the first year students at school.
