Abstract

Maģistra darba “Iekšējās kontroles sistēmas novērtējums SIA “ABC” aktualitāte ir pamatota ar to, ka efektīvai iekšējās kontroles sistēmas ieviešanai un uzturēšanai ir būtiska loma ikviena izmēra uzņēmuma veiksmīgai tālākai attīstībai un mērķu sasniegšanai. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma SIA “ABC” iekšējās kontroles sistēmas izpēti un novērtējumu, izstrādāt priekšlikumus konstatēto trūkumu novēršanai un iekšējās kontroles sistēmas pilnveidošanai. Pētījuma rezultātā, pamatojoties uz SIA “ABC” eksistējošās iekšējās kontroles sistēmas novērtēšanu pēc COSO teorētiskā modeļa, tika konstatēti trūkumi uzņēmuma SIA “ABC” iekšējās kontroles sistēmā un sniegti priekšlikumi to novēršanai un iekšējās kontroles sistēmas pilnveidošanai.

The relevance of the master's thesis “Evaluation of internal control system in “ABC” Ltd.” rests on the fact that the implementation and maintenance of the effective internal control system plays an important role in the further successful development and goal achievement for companies of any size. The aim of the master's thesis is, based on the research and evaluation of the internal control system of the company “ABC” Ltd., to develop proposals for the elimination of the identified deficiencies and improvement of the internal control system. As a result of the research, based on the evaluation of the existing internal control system of “ABC” Ltd. according to the COSO Framework, deficiencies were identified in the internal control system of “ABC” Ltd. and proposals were provided for their elimination and improvement of the internal control system.
