Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis: Izzināt interešu izglītības darba kvalitāti sākumskolā. Uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt un izzināt pedagoģisko un psiholoģisko literatūru par izglītības kvalitātes jēdzienu. 2.Analizēt un izzināt pedagoģisko un psiholoģisko literatūru par interešu izglītības jēdzienu. 3.Veikt pētījumu un apkopot rezultātus par interešu izglītības kvalitāti sākumskolā. Hipotēze: Interešu izglītības nodarbību kvalitāte neveicina vispusīgu personības attīstību. Pētījuma metodes: •teorētiskā – pedagoģiskās un psiholoģiskās literatūras analīze, dokumentu analīze; •empīriskā – pedagoģiskā novērošana, pārrunas, anketēšana. Secinājumi: Interešu izglītībā notiek bērnu un jauniešu socializācija, kuras rezultātā veidojas humānistiskā vērtību sistēmas orientācija. Hypothesis: The quality of interest-related education does not promote comprehensive personality development. Research methods: •theoretical – pedagogical and psychological literature analysis, document analysis; •empirical – pedagogical observation, discussion, questioning. Conclusions: In interest-related socialization of children and young people takes place, which results in origination of humanistic value system orientation.
