Grāmatvežu profesijas attīstība Latvijā

Abstract

Grāmatvedības joma ir ļoti sena un grāmatvežu profesijai ir raksturīga nemitīga attīstība - katru gadu grāmatvežiem nākas saskarties ar dažādiem izaicinājumiem, tāpēc tiem vienmēr ir jābūt gataviem apgūt jaunas zināšanas un prasmes. Pētījuma mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz speciālo literatūru, analizēt grāmatvežu profesijas attīstību, kā arī izaicinājumus Latvijā un sniegt priekšlikumus turpmākajām šīs profesijas attīstības iespējām. Darba izstrādes rezultātā, autore konstatēja, ka lielākā daļa no aptaujātajām grāmatvedības jomā strādājošajām personām uzskata, ka mākslīgais intelekts nav pilnībā spējīgs aizstāt grāmatvežu profesiju, tomēr tas var tikt izmantots kā lielisks palīgs ikdienas datu apstrādes darbos. Autore izstrādāja priekšlikumus turpmākajām grāmatvežu profesijas attīstības iespējām.

The field of accounting is very ancient and the profession of accountants is characterized by constant development - every year accountants have to face various challenges, so they must always be ready to learn new knowledge and skills. The purpose of the research is to analyze the development of the accounting profession, as well as challenges in Latvia, based on the specialized literature, and to provide proposals for the future development opportunities of this profession. As a result of the development of the work, the author found that most of the interviewed persons working in the field of accounting believe that artificial intelligence is not fully capable of replacing the profession of accountants, however, it can be used as an excellent assistant in daily data processing work. The author developed proposals for future opportunities for the development of the accounting profession.
