Abstract
Lai izveidotu veiksmīgu tīmekļa veikalu, būtiski ir ne tikai nodrošināt konkurētspējīgu preču klāstu un cenas, bet arī padarīt to lietotājiem draudzīgu, tostarp piekļūstamu, ērti lietojamu, vizuāli pievilcīgu. Darbā pētīta lietotāja pieredze Latvijā bāzētu skatuves tehnikas tīmekļa veikalu kontekstā. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti dažādi lietotāja pieredzi veidojošie aspekti. Empīriskajā daļā veikta aptauja un skatuves tehnikas tīmekļa veikalu analīze. Apkopojot gūtās atziņas, izveidoti dizaina paraugi jaunam skatuves tehnikas tīmekļa veikalam.
In order to create a successful e-commerce website, it is important not only to offer a competitive range of products and prices, but to also make it user-friendly, which, among other factors, is determined by accessibility, usability and visual desirability. In this work, research is conducted on the user experience in the context of Latvia-based stage equipment e-commerce websites. The theoretical part consists of the different aspects that determine the user experience. For the empirical part of the work, the author did a survey and analysis of stage equipment e-commerce websites. Combining the findings of the first two parts, designs for a new stage equipment e-commerce site have been created.
