Abstract
Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot saistības starp agrīnām neadaptīvām shēmām, vienaldzīgu strādāšanu, izjusto laimi un māju/darba līdzsvaru. Pētījumā piedalījās 166 respondenti (75,9% sievietes, 24,1% vīrieši) vecumā no 22 līdz 79 gadiem.
The current study aimed to investigate the associations between early maladaptive schemas, quiet quitting, subjective well-being, and work-life balance. The study involved 166 respondents (75.9% female, 24.1% male) aged between 22 and 79 years. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires: the Quiet Quitting Survey (α= ,85), the Subjective Happiness Scale (α= ,86), the Young Schema Questionnaire - short version; YSQ-S2 (α= ,73 − ,95), and the Work-Life Balance Scale (α= ,89). Data collection was conducted by distributing an electronic survey via the social media platform Facebook. The findings revealed that early maladaptive schemas and lower subjective well-being are significant predictors of quiet quitting. Specifically, more pronounced schemas (particularly "defectiveness/shame") and lower feelings of happiness were associated with a higher incidence of quiet quitting. Contrary to expectations, quiet quitting showed a weak negative correlation with work-life balance. The results provide a deeper understanding of the psychological roots of this phenomenon.
