Abstract
Darba mērķis: Izpētīt un raksturot māsu prakses ergonomikas pamatprincipu ievērošanu. Pētniecības uzdevumi: Teorētiski analizēt literatūru par ergonomikas pamatprincipiem māsu praksē un analizēt F. Naitingeilas māszinību teoriju. Pētniecības jautājums: Kādus ergonomikas pamatprincipus māsas ievēro savā praksē? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīva pētīšana metode, autores izstrādāta intervija. Ir veikta kontentanalīze, Pētījuma rezultāti: Māsas ievēro ergonomika pamatprincipus, taču to ievērošana ne vienmēr sanāk, jo pastāv dažādi gadījumi kad, steidzami ir jārīkojas un nav laika gaidīt papildspēkus, vai darīt papildus darbības. Research tasks: Theoretical analysis of the literature on the basic principles of ergonomics in nursing practice and analysis of the F. Knightdale’s theory of nursing. Research questions: What are the basic principles of ergonomic that nurses follow In their practice? Research method: qualitative, interviewing, content analysis Research results: Nurses follow the basic principles of ergonomic, but they do not always meet because there are various cases when it is necessary to act urgently and there is no time to wait for additional forces or take additional actions.
