Angļu valodas mācīšanas metodes sākumskolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēta angļu valodas mācīšanas metodes un trīs no šīm metodēm tika aprakstītas padziļinātāk. Tiek aplūkota arī skolotāja/as nozīmība mācību procesā, kā arī sākumskolas skolēnu īpatnības un tas, kā tās ietekmē skolēnu iespējas mācīties svešvalodu. Bakalaura darba praktiskā daļa sniedz informāciju par divām izvēlētajām skolēnu grupām, analīzi par sastādītajiem uzdevumiem, lai pierādītu, ka pareizi izvēlēta mācīšanas metode var uzlabot mācīšanās kvalitāti, kā arī tiek sniegta informācija par pētījuma rezultātiem un skolēnu attieksmi pret izvēlētajām mācību metodēm. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pierādīt, ka angļu valodas mācīšanas metodes ir svarīgas, kā arī to, ka skolotājam ir nozīmīga loma mācību procesā. Autors ir izpētījis skolēnu vajadzības un intereses, un to iespaidu uz mācību procesu. Izmantotā metode ir teorētisko un empīrisko avotu, kas attiecas uz mācīšanas metodēm un sākumskolas skolēnu īpatnībām, analīze. Pēc pētījuma un praktiskās daļas rezultātu izanalizēšanas, darba autors ir izdarījis secinājumus, kas tiek sniegti darba beigās.

The bachelor’s paper analysis the ELT methods and three of the ELT methods were described more thoroughly. The paper also deals with the significance of the teacher during the learning process, as well as with the characteristics of young learners, and how does it affect their opportunities to learn a foreign language. The practical part of the bachelor’s paper provides information of the two chosen groups of learners, the analysis of the activities compiled to prove that correctly chosen teaching methods can improve the quality of learning, as well as the results of the research and learners’ attitude towards the ELT methods. The goal of the bachelor’s paper is to prove that ELT methods are important, as well as that the teacher has a significant role in the learning process. The author has researched the importance of learners’ needs and interests, and its effect on the learning process. The method used in the bachelor’s paper to research the theme is the analysis of theoretical and empirical concerning the ELT methods and characteristics of young learners. After analysing the research and the results of the practical part, the author has made conclusions that are provided at the end of the bachelor’s paper.
