Sociālo darbinieku sadarbība darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem lauku kopienā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēmas nosaukums ir „Sociālo darbinieku sadarbība darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem lauku kopienā”. Darbs sastāv no trīs teorētiski izstrādātām nodaļām, divām apakšnodaļām, pētnieciskās daļas un diviem pielikumiem. Diplomdarba mērķis - analizēt un teorētiski pamatot sociālo darbinieku sadarbības iespējas ar speciālistiem darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem lauku kopienā un analizēt sociālo darbinieku sadarbību Piebalgas novadā. Diplomdarba ietvaros autore teorētiski analizē ‘lauku kopienas’ un ‘sadarbības’ jēdzienus, apraksta par sociālo darbu lauku kopienā darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem, kā arī sociālo darbinieku sadarbības iespējām ar speciālistiem darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem. Pētnieciskajā daļā autore apkopo Piebalgas novada sociālo darbinieku atbildes par sadarbības iespējām un pieredzi, kas tika iegūtas fokusgrupas diskusijas laikā.

Title of diploma thesis is „Collaboration of Social Workers in the Work with Families with Children in Rural Community”. Diploma thesis composed of three chapters, two subdivisions, research part and two additions. The aim of diploma thesis is to analyse and theoretically clarify the collaboration opportunities of social workers in the work with families with children in rural community and to analyse the social workers collaboration in the Piebalgas district. In the diploma thesis the author theoretically analyses two concepts – ‘rural community’ and ‘collaboration’, describes social work in rural community in the work with families with children, and describes collaboration opportunities of social workers in the work with families with children. In the research part author summarizes answers of social workers about collaboration.
