Abstract

Noilgums ir tiesību aizsardzības līdzeklis, kas nosaka laika periodu, kurā kreditors var pieprasīt saistību izpildi no parādnieka. Notekot šim termiņam prasību tiesības zaudē spēku. Bakalaura darba “Noilgums saistību tiesībās” mērķis ir veikt pētījumu par tiesiskajiem jautājumiem, kas saistīti ar noilguma termiņa pārtraukšanu, un šo jautājumu praktisko piemērošanu mūsdienu tiesību un tehnoloģiju kontekstā. Darba rezultātā tiks aprakstīti jautājumi sakarā ar noilguma apturēšanu, pārtraukšanas veidiem, kā arī piedāvāts iespējamās normatīvo aktu regulējuma izmaiņas.

Prescription is a legal defense that establishes a period of time during which a creditor can demand the fulfillment of obligations from a debtor. Once this period has elapsed, the right to file claims expires. The main goal of the bachelor thesis "Prescription in Law of Obligation" is to conduct an in-depth study of the legal issues related to the interruption of limitation periods and the practical application of these issues in the context of modern law and technology, where their compliance has sparked extensive debates. The results of the work will describe issues related to the suspension of prescription, methods of interruption, and propose possible changes to the regulatory framework.
