Abstract
Bakalaura darba ietvaros iegūti četri antazolīna organiskie sāļi (maleāts, fumarāts, oksalāts, tartrāts). Tie sintezēti dažādas polaritātes šķīdinātājos (tetrahidrofurāns, metanols, etanols, izopropanols, acetons), kā arī iegūti kopberšanā bumbu dzirnavās.Pētījuma gaitā identificētas divas antazolīna maleāta polimorfās formas, antazolīna fumarāts un tā pseidopolimorfās formas, antazolīna oksalāts un tā pseidopolimorfs, antazolīna tartrāta hidrāts, kā arī izvērtēta šo kristālisko formu stabilitāte. Izmantojot monokristāla rentgenstuktūranalīzi noteikta antazolīna oksalāta bezūdens formas struktūra.

In this research four new organic salts of antazoline have been synthesised (maleate, fumarate, oxalate, tartrate). They have been obtained in different solvents (tetrahydrofuran, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, and acetone) as well as in the ball mill. Two polymorphs of antazoline maleate, antazoline fumarate and its pseudopolymorphs, antazoline oxalate and its pseudopolymorph as well as antazoline tartrate`s hidrate have been identified. Stability of obtained crystalline forms has been studied. Structure of antazoline oxalate`s anhydrous form has been found using single crystal X-ray diffractometry.
