Piesaistes stila saistība ar uzvedības traucējumiem un bērnu un vecāku vardarbības pieredzi
Anotācija
Promocijas darba mērķis bija noteikt saistību starp bērnu uzvedības traucējumiem, bērnu un vecāku vardarbības pieredzi un piesaistes stāstījumiem. Šajā darbā tiek piedāvāta inovatīva bērnu piesaistes stāstījumu analīzes metode.
Pētījuma dalībnieku grupu veido bērni agrīnā pusaudžu vecumā, viņu mātes un tēvi no visiem Latvijas reģioniem.
Visu pētīto mainīgo saistības raksturošanai tika izveidots modelis, kas ļauj secināt, ka nedrošas piesaistes stāstījumi prognozē emocionālas un/vai fiziskas vardarbības pieredzi, kas, savukārt, ļauj prognozēt depresiju, agresiju/dusmas, disociāciju, posttraumatiskā stresa sindromu un uzvedības traucējumus. Agresijas/dusmu simptomi prognozē uzvedības traucējumus. "Ročesteras vecāku stāstiņu" stāstījumos ir virstēmas, kas raksturīgas no vardarbības ģimenē cietušiem bērniem.

Laura Pirsko Abstract Of doctoral thesis. Relation of attachment style to behavioural disorders and abuse experienced by children and their parents The goal of this thesis was to assess how attachment style of a child is related to development of behavioural disorders and their and their parents' experience of abuse. The result is a new scoring system for story stem narratives. Participants were children in early adolescence, their mothers and fathers from all regions of Latvia. The interrelationship of all the variables demonstrates that unsecure attachment narratives predict experience of emotional and/or physical abuse, but that predicts trauma symptoms – depression, aggression/anger, dissociation, posttraumatic stress syndrome and behavioural disorders, but aggression/anger symptoms predict behavioural disorders. Analysis of Rochester Parenting Stories shows that there are specific themes in the narratives of children that have experienced emotional and physical abuse in family.
