Abstract

Metodes izstrāde per- un polifluoralkil savienojumu noteikšanai pārtikas produktos, izmantojot augstas izšķirtspējas masspektrometriju. Jevņeviča K., zinātniskā vadītāja Mg.chem. Pasečnaja E. Eksperimentālajā daļā ir izstrādāta un validēta analītiskā metode per- un polifluoralkil savienojumu noteikšanai pārtikas produktos, izmantojot augstas izšķirtspējas masspektrometriju.

Method development for the determination of per- and polyfluoroalkyl compounds in foodstuffs using high-resolution mass spectrometry. Jevņeviča K., scientific supervisor Mg.chem. Pasecnaja E. Literature review summarizes information about per- and polyfluoroalkyl compounds, their properties, effects on humans and the environment, toxicity, distribution in foodstuffs, as well as methods for the determination of these compounds. In the experimental part, an analytical method for the determination of per- and polyfluoroalkyl compounds in food using high-resolution mass spectrometry has been developed and validated.
