Projektu vadīšanas optimizācijas iespējas uzņēmumā "NCS-Rīga"

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Projektu vadīšanas optimizācijas iespējas uzņēmumā „NCS-Rīga”. Šī tēma tika izvēlēta tāpēc, ka projektu vadīšanai ir liela nozīme uzņēmuma mērķu sasniegšanā un attīstībā. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izvērtēt projektu vadīšanas optimizācijas iespējas uzņēmumā „NCS-Rīga” un, lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, tika izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: 1)Izpētīt projektu vadīšanas nozīmi; 2)Izvērtēt uzņēmumā esošo projektu vadīšanas sistēmu; 3)Izvirzīt pastāvošās sistēmas optimizācijas iespējas; 4)Izvirzīt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus. Darba izstrādāšanā, analizējot projektu vadīšanas lomu, tika pielietotas sekojošas metodes: •Monogrāfiskā – informācijas vākšana, apkopošana par konkrētu problēmu; •Aptauju un novērošanas metode; •Grafiskā metode; •Analīzes un sintēzes metode.

The subject of the diploma work is „The possibilities of optimization of project management in the company „NCS-Rīga”. This subject was chosen because project management has a great meaning in attainment and development a company objectives. The objective of the diploma work is to evaluate the possibilities of optimization of project management in the company „NCS-Rīga”, and, in order to attain this objective, the following tasks were set up: 1)To investigate the meaning of project management; 2)To evaluate the existing in the company system of project management; 3)To set up possibilities of optimization of the existing system; 4)To draw conclusions and to make proposals. Analyzing the meaning of project management, the following methods were used in the development of the work: •The monographic method – collection and summarization of information about the particular problem; •The method of inquiry and oversight; •The graphical method; •The method of analysis and synthesis.
