Tehnoloģijas apmaiņas īpatnības starptautiskajā tirgū

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Tehnoloģijas apmaiņas īpatnības starptautiskajā tirgū” tiek izanalizēti tehnoloģiju apmaiņas principi, formas un īstenošanas īpatnības starptautiskajā un Latvijas tirgū. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām un secinājumiem. Pirmā nodaļa veltīta tehnoloģiju nodošanas mehānismu teorētiskai analīzei. Tiek aprakstītas darbības ar licencēm, patentiem, franšīzēm, inovācijām un inženierzinātnēm. Otrajā nodaļā pastāstīts par nanotehnoloģijas attīstību, būtību, nozīmi un vietu ekonomikā, ka arī izskatīti tehnoloģiju eksporta un importa īpatnības starptautiskajā un Latvijas tirgū. Trešajā nodaļā tiek piedāvāti dažādi piemēri franšīzes, patentu un licenču izmantošanai ārvalstu un Latvijas tirgū, kā arī tiek raksturota nanotehnoloģijas un inovāciju situācija Latvijā. Uz veiktā darba analīzes pamata tiek izdarīti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi tehnoloģijas apmaiņas mehānismu uzlabošanai.

Bachelor’s thesis "Features of exchange by technology in the international market” analyzed principles of technology exchange, form and features of realization in the international and Latvian markets. Thesis consists of introduction, 3 chapters and conclusions. The first chapter is dedicated to technology transfer mechanism theoretical analysis. Are described the operations of licences, patents, franchising, innovation and engineering. The second chapter explains nanotechnology development, nature and role in the economy. Are discassed the technology import and export features in the international and Latvian market. The third chapter offers various examples of franchise, patents and licenses for use in the foreign and Latvian market and is described nanotechnology and innovation situation in Latvian. On the basis of analysis of the work is written the conclusions and are givven the proposals to improve the technology exchange mechanism.
