Mikrouzņēmumu nodoklis Latvijā

Abstract

Mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa likums skar ne tikai valsti, bet arī tās iedzīvotājus, jo liela daļa iedzīvotāju strādā mikrouzņēmumā, kura nosacījumi atšķiras no citām uzņēmuma formām. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa priekšrocības, trūkumus un problēmas uzņēmumam un darbiniekiem, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus nodokļa normatīvā regulējuma uzlabošanai. Pētījuma rezultātā tika definētas mikrouzņēmumu priekšrocības un trūkumi, analizēta veiktā anketa, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi.

Micro-enterprise Tax Law affects not only the state authorities but also citizens themselves, since many of them are employed under this enterprise regime, which is regulated by slightly different normative acts than other enterprise forms. The aim of this research is to investigate the advantages, disadvantages and problems that both employers and employees have to meet while working under the micro-enterprise regime. This research also offers proposals for improvement of the micro-enterprise tax law. The research results with defined advantages and disadvantages of micro-enterprise law, analysis of the survey and proposals for improvement of this particular legal act.
