Transporta koplietošanas pakalpojuma izstrādes projekts

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Transporta koplietošanas pakalpojuma izstrādes projekts” mērķis ir izstrādāt un nodrošināt Rīgas un pierīgas iedzīvotajus ar ērtu transporta koplietošanas pakalpojumu, kuru iedzīvotāji varēs izmantot kā alternatīvu privātam un sabieriskajam transportam. Tas tiks panākts, izmantojot vienu no transporta koplietošanas pakalpojumu konceptiem, kas tiek saukts par free-floating principu, kas līdz šim brīdim nav īpaši izplatīts Latvijas transporta koplietošanas pakalpojumu sniedzēju vidū. Dotā maģistra darba tema tika izvēlēta, jo tās aktualitāte ir pieaugusi, Rīgas iedzīvotājiem pārvācoties uz pierīgas rajoniem. Turklāt, pandēmijai iestājoties Latvijas teritorijā, tika pamanīta nepieciešamība pēc alternatīvas personālajiem automobīļiem un sabiedriskam transportam. Pirmajā nodaļā tika veikta analīze par Rīgas un Mārupes teritorijas infrastruktūru, transporta nozares statistiku saistībā ar iedzīvotājiem, kā arī tika veikta iedzīvotāju aptauja, balstoties uz kuras tika izvirzīta risināmā pamatproblēma. Otrajā daļa tika izstrādātas projekta alternatīvas, kuras tika savstarpēji salīdzinātas, lai būtu iespējams izvēlēties vienu piemērotāko. Trešajā nodaļā tika izveidota izvēlētās alternatīvas projekta rokasgrāmata, kuras ietvaros tika veikta projekta plānošana.

The aim of the master’s thesis “Development of Car Sharing Service Project” is to develop and provide the residents of Riga and Near Riga regions with a convenient car sharing services, which residents will be able to use as an alternative to private and public transport. This is to be achieved by using one of the concepts of car sharing services, that is, the free-floating car sharing service concept ,which is not particularly widespread among Latvian car sharing service providers. The topic of the master’s thesis was chosen due how its relevance has increased as the residents of Riga have been moving to the regions near Riga. In addition, when the pandemic hit the Republic of Latvia, the need for an alternative to passenger caars and public transport was noticed. In the first chapter, an analysis of the infrastructure of Riga and Marupe was carried out, the statistics of the transportation sector in relation to the population was performed and a survey of the population was conducted via questionnaire, based on which the main problem was identified. In the second part, project alternatives were developed and compared with each other in order to be able to choose the most suitable one. I nthe third chapter, the project manual of the selected alternative was created, within the framework of which project planning was carried out.
