Uzņēmuma resursu plānošanas risinājumi loģistikas uzņēmumā

Abstract

Mūsdienu loģistika nav iedomājama bez informācijas tehnoloģiju pielietojuma, kuru straujā attīstība aizvien ievieš jaunas izmaiņas loģistikas darbībā. Darbs loģistikas jomā vairāk nav iedomājams un iespējams bez datora pielietojuma, jo loģistikas ķēdes dalībnieki bieži vien atrodas lielos attālumos viens no otra, tāpēc kvalitatīva un ātra informācijas apstrāde ir ļoti svarīga. Mūsdienās loģistikas uzņēmumi saskaras ar mainīgu šīs nozares vidi, kuru nodrošina informācijas tehnoloģiju, informācijas sistēmu, kā arī atbilstošo lietojumprogrammu attīstība. Taču arī šajos apstākļos uzņēmumiem jābūt spējīgiem nodrošināt augstu savu sniegto pakalpojumu kvalitāti, lai nezaudētu konkurētspēju un savu vietu tirgū. Diplomdarba pētījuma ietvaros tika salīdzināta komerciāla uzņēmuma resursu plānošanas (ERP) sistēma ar atvērtā koda ERP risinājumiem. Pētījuma rezultāti uzskatāmi parādīja, ka, lai arī atvērtā koda risinājumi spēj sniegt plašāku atbalstīto tehnoloģiju klāstu un pietiekamu funkcionalitāti, tiem ir jāveic apjomīgs un laikietilpīgs pielāgošanas process, lai sniegtu pilnvērtīgu funkcionalitāti Atslēgvārdi: loģistika, informācijas sistēma, uzņēmuma resursu plānošana, ERP.Modern logistics can not be imagined without the use of information technologies, the rapid development of which keeps introducing new changes in the area of logistics. Nowadays the work procedures in logistics can not be performed without a computer anymore as the participants of the logistic chain are oftentimes at great distance from each other. Therefore, a fast and good quality information processing is of utmost importance. Modern logistics companies are facing many changes in the field which depends on the development of information technologies, information systems and application software. However, even in such circumstances the companies must be capable of delivering high quality services in order to maintain competitiveness and the position in the market. In the course of this diploma paper the enterprise resource planning system (ERP) was compared with the open source ERP solutions. The results of the research demonstrated that even though the solutions provided by open source systems may offer a wider range of supported technologies and a fairly satisfactory amount of functionality, these systems must undergo a broad and time-consuming adjustment process to secure overall sufficient functionality.
