Kognitīvo izkropļojumu saistība ar Es-koncepciju

Abstract

Pētījuma jautājumi: Kādas saistības pastāv starp dažādu kognitīvo izkropļojumu veidu izmantošanu un Es-koncepciju? Vai pastāv dzimumatšķirības kognitīvo izkropļojumu veidu izmantošanas biežumā/izteiktībā un Es-koncepcijas rādījumos? Vai un kā Es-koncepcijas un kognitīvo izkroplojumu izmantošanas biežuma saistības atšķiras sieviešu un vīriešu grupās? Izmantotās metodes: Kognitīvo izkropļojumu skala (Covin et. al., 2011), Negatīvo pārliecību skala, (Roberts, 2015) un Es-koncepcijas aptauja (Robson, 1989). Respondenti: 178 respondenti (no kuriem 106 sievietes), vecumā no no 16 līdz 74. Pētījuma rezultāti: kopumā pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas negatīvas saistības starp Es-koncepciju un kognitīvajiem izkropļojumiem; Pastāv nozīmīgas dzimumatšķirības sniegtajās atbildēs dažiem mainīgajiem. Mainīgo saistības abās grupās kopumā neatšķiras.

The questions asked: What is the relationship between the use of different cognitive errors and self-concept? Are there any gender differences in the given responses? Are there gender differences in relationships between the variables of the study? Methods used: Cognitive Distortions Scale (Covin et al, 2011), Inventory of Cognitive Distortions (Roberts, 2015), and Self-Concept Questionnaire (Robson, 1989). Respondents: 178 respondents (of which 106 women) in ages between 16 and 74. Results: Mostly, significant relationships exist between cognitive distortions and self-concept. There are some significant gender differences in the given responses. Mostly, there are no gender differences in relationship between the study variables.
