Abstract

Bakalaura darbu „Mācīšanās motivācijas sekmēšana 1. klasē” izstrādāja Elīna Stuce, darba vadītāja Mārīte Poiša. Darba mērķis ir teorētiski un praktiski pamatot mācīšanās motivācijas iespējas 1.klasē. Pētījuma uzdevumi, pēc kuriem tiek sasniegts mērķis, ir: analizēt teorētiskās atziņas par mācīšanās motivāciju saistībā ar pētāmo problēmu. pētīt, izzināt un analizēt mācīšanās motivācijas sekmēšanas iespējas 1. klasē. Darba hipotēze - Mācīšanās motivācija 1. klasē tiek sekmēta, ja tiek ņemtas vērā vecumposmu attīstības likumsakarības un bērnu individuālās intereses un vajadzības; tiek mērķtiecīgi izmantotas daudzveidīgas mācību metodes tieši 1. klasē. Lai mācīšanās process būtu veiksmīgs un pozitīvs, bērnam ir jārada savs iekšējais motīvs - patika, vēlme un griba darīt, izzināšana, darbošanās. Darbā tiek izmantotās pētījuma metodes: teorētiskā (literatūras analīze) un empīriskās (rakstiskā intervija, novērošana). Secinājumi, izstrādājot darbu ir šādi: 1.Galvenie faktori, kas veido, ietekmē un sekmē mācīšanās motivāciju ir: skolotājs, mācību stunda un mācību viela. 2.Mācīšanās motivācija 1. klasē tiek sekmēta, ja tiek mērķtiecīgi izmantotas daudzveidīgas mācību metodes tieši 1. klasē – stāstījums, demonstrēšana, vingrinājumi, mūsdienu tehnoloģijas. Bakalaura darbu veido 69 lappuses, 8 attēli, 2 tabulas, 47 bibliogrāfiskā saraksta vienību skaits un 4 pielikumi.

The aim of the work is to theoretically and practically substantiate the opportunities for learning motivation in 1st grade. The research objectives that achieve the goal are: analyze theoretical aspects of learning motivation in relation to the research problem. study, explore and analyze the possibilities of promoting learning motivation in 1st grade. The work hypothesis – the learning motivation in 1st grade is encouraged if: regularities of the development of the age group and the individual interests and needs of children are taken into account; purposefully used a variety of teaching methods directly in 1st grade. For the learning process to be successful and positive, the child must create his own inner motive - pleasure, desire and will to do, learning, working. The research methods used in the work are theoretical (literature analysis) and empirical (written interview, observation). The conclusions of the work are: 1.The main factors that make up, influence and promote learning motivation are teacher, lesson and training substance. 2.The learning motivation in 1st grade is promoted if there are purposefully used varied methods directly in grade 1, for example, narration, demonstration, exercises, modern technologies. The key words of this bachelor's paper are motivation, learning, pedagogical process, age group 7-8 years. The bachelor's paper consists of 69 pages, 8 images, 2 tables, 47 in the number of units and 4 annexes.
