Abstract
Darbā tika veikti augstfrekvences bezelektrodu lampu (ABL) spektrālie mērījumi ar Avantes AVS-PC2000 spektrometru. Apskatītās lampas bija pildītas ar He, He+H2 un Ar+H2.
Iegūtie rezultāti tika pārrēķināti absolūtajās intensitāšu vienībās, izmantojot kalibrētu Avantes AvaLight-DH-S deiterija halogēna etalona gaismas avota Halogēna lampu.
Tika izveidotas programmas kalibrācijas datu pārrēķināšanai un datu apstrādes atvieglošanai.
Spektrālo līniju intensitātes tika reģistrētas pie dažādām ģeneratora ППБЛ-ЗМ ierosmes strāvām.
Tika pētīta ūdeņraža ietekme uz hēlija un argona izlādes intensitāti. Spektrālo līniju intensitāšu atkarība tika pētīta atkarībā no lampu formas.
Spectral measurements were made with Avantes spectrometer AVS-PC2000 to observe high-frequency electrodeless discharge lamps. Lamps were filled with He, He+H2, and Ar+H2. Results were recalculated in absolute intensity values using halogen lamp of the calibrated Avantes AvaLight-DH-S deuterium-halogen etalon light source. Two programs were created for calibration data recalculation and data processing improvements. Spectral line intensities were registered with different excitation currents of the generator ППБЛ-ЗМ. Hydrogen influence on helium and argon discharge intensity was studied. Intensity dependence of spectral lines depending on shape of the lamps was researched.
