Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Somijas valsts pieredze kompetencēs balstīta izglītības satura reformas īstenošanā” autores Zanes Višķeres pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt Somijas valsts pieredzi kompetencēs balstīta izglītības satura reformas īstenošanā, tās ieviešanas gaitu un būtiskākās izmaiņas pamatizglītības izglītības standartā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, nobeiguma, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta ar 49 vienībām. Bakalaura darba apjoms — 55 lappuses, tajā iekļauti 5 attēli. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek veikts teorētisks izglītības reformu nepieciešamības pamatojums. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēts kompetenču jēdziens izglītībā un aplūkots Somijas valsts definētais kompetenču rāmja ietvars. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēta Somijas izglītības struktūra un sistēmas būtība, pētīti un analizēti kompetencēs balstītas izglītības reformas cēloņi un būtiskākās izmaiņas Izglītības standartā. Mērķa sasniegšanai veikta teorētiskās literatūras analīze un apkopošana. Veikta oficiālo dokumentu, ziņojumu, konferenču materiālu un semināru un Somijas izglītības ministrijas mājaslapā pieejamo pedagogu, skolu administrācijas pārstāvju un izglītojamo interviju, viedokļu un komentāru analīze, izteikts autores vērtējums par kompetencēs balstītas izglītības reformas būtiskākajiem aspektiem un tās īstenošanas gaitu.

The aim of the bachelor thesis “Finland experience in competencies based educational curriculum reform” is to study and analyse Finnish national experience in the implementation of competence-based curricular reform, its implementation and the most significant changes in the standard of basic education. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of literature and used sources with 49 units. Bachelor thesis volume is 55 pages, including 5 pictures. The first chapter provides a theoretical justification for the need for education reforms. The second chapter analyses the concept of competences in education and discusses the framework of the competence framework defined by the Finnish state. The third chapter analyses the Finnish education structure and the essence of the system, examines and analyses the causes of the competence-based education reform and the most significant changes in the Education Standard. To achieve this goal, theoretical literature was analysed and summarized. An analysis of official documents, reports, conference materials and seminars and interviews, opinions and comments from teachers, school administrators and learners available on the website of the Finnish Ministry of Education has been made, the author's assessment of the key aspects of competence-based education reform and its implementation has been expressed.
