Valsts nodarbinātības politika tautas attīstības aspektā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir Valsts nodarbinātības politika tautas attīstības aspektā. Latvijā pašlaik ir ekonomiskā lejupslīde, kas nelabvēlīgi ietekmē Latvijas iedzīvotāju labklājības līmeni, kā arī tautas attīstību kopumā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir Latvijas darba tirgus un nodarbinātības politikas analīze. Darba 1.daļa ietver teorētisko aspektu par tautas attīstības koncepciju, nodarbinātības un bezdarba būtība. Bakalaura darba 2.daļā tiek analizēta Latvijas tautas attīstība pēc neatkarības atjaunošanas un nodarbinātības situācijas dinamika. Darba 3.daļā tiek aplūkotas Eiropas Savienības un Latvijas nodarbinātības politikas. Būtiskākais secinājums darba laikā radies šāds: nodarbinātībai ir liela ietekme uz tautas attīstību. Darba gaitā izvirzītais būtiskākais priekšlikums ir tas, ka valsts politikai jāveicina nodarbinātība, kas stimulēs arī tautas attīstību. The theme of bachelor thesis is The State employment policy in a perspective of human development. In Latvia there is an economic recession at the moment which has a negative effect on human well-being and human development in Latvia. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyse the labour market and employment policy in Latvia. In the first part of the thesis there is given the theory of human development and the theoretical framework about employment and unemployment. In the second part of the work human development in Latvia after the recovery of independence and dynamical employment situation is analysed. In the third part of bachelor’s report there are described the employment policies of European Union and Latvia. Most important conclusion is that the employment has a significant impact on the human development. Author’s greatest proposal is following: the promotion of empoyment in the state economic policy will result in a growth of human development.
