Akomodācijas atbildes līknes slīpuma koeficienta novērtēšana miopijas gadījumā

Abstract

Darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 37 lappusēm. Tas satur 16 attēlus, 6 pielikumus un 70 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: novērtēt, kā miopijas pakāpe ietekmē akomodācijas atbildes līknes slīpuma koeficientu. Eksperimenta dalībnieki: 10 miopi ar refraktīvo kļūdu no -1.0D līdz -5.0D vecumā no 19 līdz 25 gadiem. Metode: ar 2 izveidotām optiskām shēmām tika mērīts acs akomodācijas atbildes līknes slīpuma koeficients, izmantojot tīklenes atstarošanās refleksa metodi. Rezultāti tika salīdzināti metožu starpā, ar ideālo akomodācijas atbildes līkni, kā arī ar retinoskopiju, lai noteiktu metodes pielietojumu ikdienā. Rezultāti un secinājumi: koeficients samazinās, palielinoties miopijas pakāpei. Koeficienta parametrus ietekmē stimula krāsa.

Bachelor thesis is written in Latvian, it consists of 37 pages. There are 16 images, 6 appendixes and 70 literature references included. Purpose: to assess connection between myopic state and the slope of accommodative response. Participants of the experiment: 10 myopic subjects with refractions of the eye -1,0D till -5,0D. Age 19 – 25. Method: the slope of accommodative response was measured with two optical schemes, which both included method of retinal reflex. The results was compared between themselves, with ideal accommodative response and with retinoscopy. Results and conclusions: the slope of accommodative response tends to reduce, if myopic state tends to increase. Accommodative response depends of the color of stimuli.
