Noziedznieka personības kriminoloģiskie aspekti

Abstract

Lai izprastu personu noziedzīgas uzvedības iemeslus, atrast efektīvus reaģēšanas veidus un metodes, nepieciešama visu, ar noziedzību saistītu, faktoru pētīšana – noziedznieka personības būtības izziņa. Pētījuma mērķi ir: - piedāvāt jauno pieeju noziedznieku klasifikācijai; -salīdzināt noziedznieka personības jēdziena galvenās iezīmes kriminoloģijā un krimināltiesībās; -raksturot kriminoloģiskās noziedznieka personības izziņas nozīmi noziegumu novēršanā. Iegūtie rezultāti: -noziedznieku īpatnību, kas izriet no viņu izdarītā nozieguma rakstura, izzināšana; -noziedznieka personības kriminoloģiskās un krimināltiesiskās izpratnes norobežošanas nepieciešamība; -noziedznieka personības pētīšanas nozīme, Valsts probāciju dienesta funkciju īstenošanā.

In order to understand the reasons of criminal action of people, to find effective ways and methods of response, it is necessary to examine all the factors related to crime-the investigation of the nature of criminal’s personality. The aims of this research are as follows: -To offer a new approach to the classification of criminals; -To compare the main features of the concept criminal’s personality in criminology and criminallaw; -To describe the role of the examination of criminal's personality in prevention of crime. The results are as follows: -the investigation of specific characters of criminals resulting from the nature of crimes they have committed; -the necessity highlight the conception of personality of a criminal in criminology and criminal law; -the role of research of the personality of a criminal and the implementation of the functions of the State Probation Service.
