Elektroniskās publikācijas autentiskuma nodrošināšana

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir apskatīts elektroniskās publikācijas jēdziens, akcentējot tās lietošanas priekšrocības un nepilnības. Viena no galvenajām nozarēm visā pasaulē, kurā nepieciešams nodrošināt autentiskumu, ir likumdošana, tādēļ darbā tiek analizēti oficiālās elektroniskās publikācijas autentiskuma nodrošināšanas pamatprincipi. Darbā tiek aprakstīta un analizēta datu glabāšanas formāta, drošu un sertificētu datu serveru, šifrētas informācijas pārraides protokolu, elektroniskā paraksta un laika zīmoga, vienotu normatīvo aktu izstrādes un publikācijas procesa darba plūsmu lietošana. Dokumenta izstrādes, publicēšanas un uzglabāšanas tehnoloģisko risinājumu ieteikumi autentiskuma nodrošināšanai ir izstrādāti ņemot vērā citu valstu līdzšinējo pieredzi oficiālās elektroniskās publikācijas īstenošanā.The present bachelor’s paper examines the concept of electronic publication and highlights the advantages and shortcomings of its usage. Legislation is one of the major fields in the world needing provision of authenticity. This is the reason for analysing the basic principles for providing authenticity to official electronic publication. The paper describes and analyses the usage of data storage format, secure and certified data servers, encrypted information transfer protocol, digital signature and timestamp, development of united laws and regulations and work flows of the publication process. Technological solutions for providing authenticity for development, publication and storage of a document are developed taking into account experience of other countries in implementation of official electronic publication.
