Abstract
Darbā ekspertu novērtējumi un to saskaņošana ir aprakstīti vispārīgās sistēmu teorijas kontekstā. Tiek definēta nestrikta priekšrocības attiecība, kā arī priekšrocības
matrica un apskatītas tās īpašības. Diplomdarbā tiek izklāstītas priekšrocības matricas sastādīšanas pamatmetodes (t.i., ekspertu novērtējumu metodes). Ar agregācijas operatoru palīdzību tiek pamatotas ekspertu novērtējumu saskaņošanas metodes.Dotas rekomendācijas, kā pielietot darbā apskatītās metodes skolas un citu pārbaudes
darbu vērtēšanā.

In the present work the connections between expert estimations and fuzzy binary relations, as well as connections between concordance of expert estimations and aggregation operators from the point of view of general system theory are considered. The special type binary relation - relation of preference, as well as matrix of preferences and it`s properties are defined. Basic methods of the consolidating of matrix of preferences (methods of expert estimations) are given. The different methods of consolidating of expert estimations by using aggregation operators are dfined. In conclusion, some advices how to applicate premise methods to evaluation of school or other tests are given.
