Ergonomisko risku ietekme uz SIA „KePPi” produktu kvalitāti

Abstract

Darbā, divos, pēc nozares radniecīgos uzņēmumos (uzņēmumos „KePPi” un „X”), kuros tiek izmantoti dažādi ražošanas līdzekļi, veikta ergonomisko risku analīze, izmantojot Slodzes galveno rādītāju metodes SGR-A un SGR-C, „Ātrās ekspozīcijas kontroles” jeb ĀEK metodi un NIOSH celšanas vienādojumu, psihosociālo risku, izmantojot nodarbināto anketēšanu stresoru darbā apzināšanai un psiholoģiskā klimata noteikšanai darba vietā. Uzņēmumā „KePPi” veikta iespējamo procesa kļūdu cēloņu, seku un efektu analīze izmantojot FMEA metodi un ekonomiskā efekta noteikšana pēc ergonomisko risinājumu ieviešanas. Darba gaitā noskaidrots, kādi ergonomiskie un psihosociālie riski ietekmē uzņēmumu darbiniekus, kādi ir kļūdu rašanās (brāķa) iemesli uzņēmumā „KePPi”, kādi ir risinājumi to novēršanai. Veikti aprēķini, lai noteiktu ekonomisko efektu no ergonomisko risinājumu ieviešanas un sniegtas rekomendācijas uzņēmumu vadībām risku samazināšanai.

The ergonomical risks analysis, using the Key Indicator Method versions KIM-A and KIM-C, „Quick Exposure Check” method and NIOSH lifting equation, psychosocial risk, employees questionnaire for exploring stressors and psychological climate in the work place, are carried out in two companies („KePPi” Ltd. and „X”) in related industry, in which different means of production are used. There is carried out failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) in company „KePPi”, as well determination of economical effects after implementation of ergonomical solutions. The author has clarified which ergonomical and psychosocial risks influence employees, what are the reasons for production defects in the company „KePPi” and has offered solutions for prevention of these risks. There are carried out calculations to determinate the economical effect of ergonomical solution implementation and offered proposals to companies management to reduce the risks.
