Abstract
Līdz ar jaunu hidrogēlu izstrādi, kas ir potenciāli izmantošanā, lai veiktu kaulu reģenerāciju, ir svarīgi izvērtēt to antibakteriālo aktivitāti. Darbā tika pētīta dažādu proporciju hialuronskābi un ε-polilizīnu saturošu hidrogēlu antimikrobiālā aktivitāte dinamiska kontakta apstākļos, noteikta hidrogēlu ietekme uz bioplēvju veidošanos, noteikta antimikrobiālā aktivitāte, izmantojot agara difūzijas metodi.
With the development of new hydrogels that are potentially used for bone regeneration, it is important to evaluate their antibacterial activity. Was studied the antimicrobial activity of hydrogels containing different proportions of hyaluronic acid and ε-polylysine under dynamic contact conditions, the effect of hydrogels on biofilm formation was determined, the antimicrobial activity was determined using the agar diffusion method.
