Valsts politikas izmaiņu radīto risku mazināšana jauniešu nodarbinātībā Tukuma rajonā

Abstract

Šajos sociāli ekonomiskajos krīzes apstākļos ļoti smagā situācijā ir nonākuši jaunieši. Nenoteiktības stāvoklis nākotnē, nepieciešamība maksāt augsto maksu, lai iegūtu izglītību, bezdarba pieaugums, valdības vienaldzība pret jauniešu dzīvei nepieciešamajām lietām noved jauniešus nelabvēlīgā situācijā. Jauniešu nodarbinātība ir aktuāla problēma mūsu valstī. Jaunie cilvēki neiegūstot pat pamatizglītību, pamet skolu un vēlas sākt strādāt. Tukuma rajonā ar jauniešiem vecumā no 15 – 18 gadiem strādā Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūra. Lai jauniešus veiksmīgāk varētu iesaistīt darba tirgū, tika izstrādāts diplomdarbs „Valsts politikas izmaiņu radīto risku mazināšana jauniešu nodarbinātībā Tukuma rajonā”. Teorētiskajā daļā ir raksturots bezdarba definīcijas jēdziens, bezdarba veidi un jaunatnes politikas virzieni. Praktiskajā daļā ir izzinātas jauniešu vecumā no 15 – 18 gadiem problēmas iesaistīties darba tirgū. Nobeigumā izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti ieteikumi sociālpedagoģiskajai darbībai, lai veicinātu jauniešu nodarbinātību Tukuma rajonā.

During these conditions of the social economical crisis the young people find themselves in a very hard situation. The state of uncertainty in future, the necessity to pay the high tuition fee for education, the increase of unemployment, the indifference towards the things necessary in young people’s lives on the part of the government lead the young people to a very unfavorable situation. The employment of young people is a topical issue in our country. The young people having not acquired the basic education leave the school and want to start working. As regards Tukums region the State Employment agency works with the young people aged 15 -18 who are unemployed. The Diploma paper “Decreasing the risks in young people’s employment in Tukums region created by state policy changes” was worked out to involve the young people more successfully in the labor market. Theoretical part of the paper characterizes the unemployment, the types of unemployment and the trends in youth policy. Practical part studies the problems connected with 15-18 years old young people’s involvement in the labor market. The conclusion presents the conclusions and recommendations for social pedagogical work to involve young people in employment in Tukums region.
