Atbalsta iespējas jaunuzņēmumiem Latvijā

Abstract

Jaunuzņēmumu veidotājiem ir labas sava inovatīvā produkta zināšanas, taču trūkst zināšanas uzņēmējdarbībā un pieeja tradicionālajam finansējumam. Darba mērķis ir apkopot un izvērtēt jaunuzņēmumiem pieejamos atbalsta veidus Latvijā un jaunuzņēmumu ekosistēmas nozīmi jaunuzņēmumu izveidē. Veicot pētījumu, autors secināja, ka Latvijā jaunuzņēmumiem ir pieejams tikpat plašs dažādu atbalsta iespēju klāsts, kā citās Baltijas valstīs. Tie ir piemēroti dažādām uzņēmuma attīstības stadijām, taču ir būtiska atšķirība atbalsta pieejamībai un ekosistēmas attīstībai Rīgā un reģionos, kas arī izskaidro būtisko disbalansu jaunuzņēmumu īpatsvarā starp Rīgu un reģioniem. Galvenie iemesli, kādēļ reģionos ir būtiski zemāks jaunuzņēmumu īpatsvars nekā Rīgā, ir ekosistēmu (komūnu), riska kapitāla fondu un akseleratoru, kā arī zināšanu un talantu trūkums reģionos.

Start-up`s have good knowledge of their innovative products, but they lack knowledge in business and access to traditional funding. The aim of the work is to gather and evaluate the types of support available for start-up`s in Latvia and the role of start-up`s ecosystem in creating new start-ups. During the study, the author concluded that in Latvia, start-ups have access to the same wide range of support possibilities as in other Baltic States. They are suitable for various stages of the company's development phases, but there is a significant difference in the availability of them and the development of the ecosystem in Riga and in the regions, which also explains the important misbalance in the share of start-ups between Riga and the regions. The main reasons why regions have a significantly lower share of start-ups than in Riga are the lack of ecosystems (communities), venture capital funds and accelerators, and the lack of knowledge of possibilities and talent in regions.
