Pedagogu vajadzības iekļaujošās izglītības realizēšanā vispārizglītojošās skolās Gulbenes novadā

Abstract

Pedagogs ir viens no būtiskākajiem faktoriem, lai veiksmīgi realizētu iekļaujošās izglītības procesu. Līdz ar to maģistra darbā tiek pētītas pedagogu vajadzības. Maģistra darba mērķis ir: pētīt pedagogu gatavību un vajadzības realizēt iekļaujošo izglītību Gulbenes novada skolās. Pētījuma metodes ir avotu un literatūras analīze, anketēšana, iegūto datu apkopošana un analīze. Pētījuma bāze ir 89 literatūras avoti, aptaujāti 162 vispārizglītojošo izglītības iestāžu pedagogi. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka pedagogiem, kuri ikdienā realizē iekļaujošo izglītību, trūkst zināšanu par iekļaujošā izglītojamā atpazīšanu un neziņa, kur griezties pēc palīdzības, jo izglītības iestādēs trūkst atbalsta personāla, bet ir pietiekama kompetence, lai veidotu iekļaujošu vidi. Tāpēc izstrādāti ieteikumi, lai uzlabotu esošo situāciju.

A teacher is one of the most important factors for successful implementation of inclusive education. Therefore the master paper studies teachers’ needs for successful implementation of inclusive education. The aim of the master paper is to study teachers’ readiness and their needs to implement inclusive education in comprehensive schools of Gulbene municipality. The methods of the research are the analysis of bibliography and literature sources, including the analysis of theoretical cognitions of Latvian and foreign researchers, and question airing, summarizing and analysing the obtained data. Bibliography consists of 89 items and 162 teachers of comprehensive schools were inquired. The results show that teachers who implement inclusive education have lack of knowledge how to recognise a student with inclusive needs and there is uncertainty where to look for help because there is shortage of support staff, but have sufficient competence to create an inclusive environment. Therefore, recommendations have been developed to improve the current situation.
