Atbalsta sistēma jauno skolotāju adaptācijas procesam skolā

Abstract

Lai jaunais skolotājs justos pārliecināts, ne tikai teorētiskās un praktiskās zināšanas ir nepieciešamas, bet arī atbalsts gan no universitātes, gan no skolas ir vajadzīgs. Tādēļ darba autore bija ieinteresēta kāds atbalsts būtu labvēlīgs jaunajiem skolotājiem viņu adaptācijas procesā skolā. Pētījuma metode bija gadījuma pētījums, kas ietvēra diskusiju ar skolotājiem, strukturētu interviju ar 5 skolotājiem no Krāslavas un Līvāniem un fokusgrupas diskusiju ar 5 studentiem, kuri strādāja skolā. Tika atklāts, lai jauno skolotāju adaptācijas process būtu veiksmīgs, ir nepieciešams atbalsts gan no universitātes, gan no skolas, tomēr arī pašiem jaunajiem skolotājiem būtu jāizrāda iniciatīva meklējot palīdzību skolā. Ņemot vērā pētījuma rezultātus, diplomdarbs var tikt izmantots, lai izveidotu atbalsta sistēmu jauno skolotāju adaptācijas procesam skolā.

In order for the novice teacher to feel confident, not only theoretical and practical knowledge is needed, but also support from both – university and school is required. Thus, the author of the Diploma Paper was interested on what support would be beneficial by the novice teachers in their adaptation process at school. The research method was a case study that involved a group discussion with the practicing teachers, a structured interview with 5 practicing teachers from Kraslava and Livani and a focus group discussion with 5 pre-service teachers who were working at school. It was found that in order for novice teachers’ adaptation process to be successful, the support from the university and the school is required; nevertheless, novice teacher should demonstrate the initiative when seeking for help in school. Considering the results, the Diploma Paper can be used for creating support system for novice teachers’ adaptation process at school.
